Last night I made peach pies (sugar crumb top).
Today I marinated a rack of lamb (whisky, soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, crushed red pepper) and some chicken (same as teh lamb).
Lamb and chicken went to the grill over direct heat with a light smoking (hickory).
Bread from a tube was baked. Broccoli was steamed.
Fresh ground coffee (french/turkish blend) and warmed up pie.
Damn I love this time of year. Grill + Pie + Coffee + Football = Happy.
