So. No water/plumbing in the house since Friday 3am. Some construction guy just rang our doorbell to tell us that at the very earliest it'll be fixed tomorrow afternoon, so yeah. x_x Been at my aunt's house a lot, since we can't use the bathrooms in the house now. Apparently there's a broken pipe, and they had to waste a day looking for the actual break that's causing the leak. They've dug up the road right in front of my house, and it's creepy walking on the sidewalk/driveway 'cause the cars are practically right next to you. @_@ Wouldn't be surprised if a car skid and slam into you, standing there. The roads are really icy.
But anyway, done with tests and exams and diplomas. Now to work on other stuff (like piano, which I've been neglecting for the past...month...)! XD;;; Ah, but at least I have a bit of time to go online now, so much to catch up on. @_@ Will see if I can do that while at my aunt's.

I was going to make a New Year's post, but was too busy to finish it. So I'll just post it now.

(I'm so lame.)

Quiz time! Multiple-choice!
Instead of spending New Year's Eve doing what every other kid my age is doing (i.e. getting drunk), I spent the night:
(a) playing pool
(b) playing poker
(c) playing hide-and-seek, no homebase plus blindfolds
(d) watching CBC New Year's Eve comedy special
(e) unsuccessfully trying to light sparklers in -25C weather that felt more like -40C
(f) running around on a frozen pond, plowing through snow and freezing my butt off
(g) none of the above
(h) ...well, sleeping.

:D

Answer is everything from (a) to (f)! *fails you all regardless of your answer* Though I guess (h) is correct too, we almost fell asleep thawing in front of Katie's fireplace after coming in from outside. But it wasn't that cold (got warmer as the night went on), unless you didn't have gloves. :( *lent her gloves to someone else and forgot her spare pair*
Ahahaha, Theresa phoned us after she got off work, so people were taking turns talking to her...and thanks to her, we missed ringing in the New Year. XD;;;; So uhm. We celebrated Happy One O'Clock instead. T_T; Then we wished Devin Happy 2am. And I wished Matt Happy 2:08 when he dropped me off. XD

Random pictures:
+ Katie's winning hand in poker. It was the last game 'cause Matt had to drive us home, so we put in all our chips and had a half-assed round. Which explains why the winning hand is so pathetic XD
+ The frozen pond. I wrote lake on the picture, but it's more like a pond. We all call it a lake though. T_T; We...just kinda ran around on it. Then it started snowing.
+ It was windy, which is the real killer when it comes to cold. T_T Had to hide out on Katie's porch to light the sparklers.
+ It was cold though, not freeze freeze cold (like when I had to go to school and wait for the bus in -45C :E), but cold enough. The camera kept fogging up 'cause of my breath, and my cell just kinda...died for awhile. T_T
+ I actually messed up on making instant udon. T____T How sad is that? I thought it'd be like normal instant noodles, so I dumped everything in and poured hot water. But you're suppose to put the sauce and whatnot AFTER you pour in hot water, drain it, and pour water in again...
+ The sky was pretty today. Picture does not do it justice.

Right. And I finished watching War and Beauty, and I retract some of my praises about it. T__T The last episodes left a lot of questions unanswered...it's still a pretty good series, but the ending was disappointing because it was so *unfinished*.
Went to look for my previous year's resolutions, and surprisingly, I kept one of them! O_O I shopped more! Actually bought some clothes for a change.

Love you all. :D No, not really. >:D
