Apologies for the post earlier today. I'm still pretty stunned - like allthatcandyx pointed out, it feels like it did when Heath Ledger passed away; really sudden and hard to comprehend. Except even weirder because Hollywood actors feel like they live a world away (not just physically speaking either), but our local actors are so... normal? That's probably not the right word for it. But if you come from a country that has a small, tight-knit industry you probably know what I mean. You can relate to them more.

ANYWAY I'M INDULGING IN FANGIRLY GOODNESS HERE, K. Actually, there is quite a lot in the last 24 hours, all things considered. THERE WILL BE SNACKS CAPS.

1. FIRST UP. I have done what I never thought I would do. Yes, kids, I watched my first full episode of Neighbours yesterday. I know, it's only taken me twenty years to do so, ain't ya proud? And it was only to watch my boys, Team BlakeLee strut their stuff. HAHA OMG WHY HAS THIS SHOW LASTED BEYOND 5000 EPISODES.

2. Darren Hayes was on Australian Idol last night as their London judge for their overseas auditions. And Tina Arena joined him which was pretty freaking cool. (God, combined with Neighbours and Friends I've never watched so much Channel Ten in one sitting EVER.) He's hilarious and such a sweetheart and I give him lots of inapporpriate affection.

3. And then when Jo (Stanley) announced on the radio yesterday morning that she was up the duff I audibly squealed whilst I was driving. Those guys pwn.

4. OKAY VERY IMPORTANT PRISON BREAK THINGS:
  • I'm kinda reluctant to admit it, but I loved that interview with Robert Knepper and Jodi Lyn O'Keefe. I found it pretty adorable that she wanted to ring SWC up and apologise for her character cutting Sara's head off and the producers were like, "She doesn't even know you!" HA HA HA.
  • AND THEN THERE'S THAT VIDEO ON THE FOX WEBSITE AND AKSJHDHSK. HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I WATCHED THAT NOW I DON'T KNOW.

5. Also this post at 30_rock cheered me up too. JackisbackinNYCyay.

6. And those behind the scenes Private Practice promo pictures are made of win.

7. And I made kick-arse brownies whilst dancing around the kitchen to Picture of You by Boyzone (omg best 90s boyband song evah) and in my uni tute today we talked about Fawlty Towers and Yes Minister and Some Like It Hot and Tootsie and There's Something About Mary and I managed to slip 30 Rock into the discussion too. YAY, ME.

WHAT ELSE IS GOOD IN THE WORLD, 'CAUSE YOU CAN INDULGE ME HERE. GO FOR YOUR LIFE.

P.S. A belated happy birthday to the ever-funky sliversofsilver! I'm sorry I'm late, I feel ashamed.
