A few days ago I was hit with a sudden pining for Private Practice. (Perhaps because they finally started airing it here, I don't know.) God, I miss Cooper and Violet a lot more than I probably should for characters that have only had a nine-episode season. I'm happy that they've decided to start season two off from the finale, though. Like lightsarefading recently pointed out, it's been almost a whole year! And this way we can have more of Violet's "Hey Coop, dontcha wish yo 'girlfriend' was hot like me?" angst, booyah.

Nicole talking about Baz: "He is probably my creative soul mate." And it's little tidbits like that which make my heart palpitate and damn, I wish I could pre-book now already just so I can feel like it's closer than five months away. ARGH.

The TV guide reviewer thought that Alec Baldwin's therapy scene in 30 Rock is the highlight of the week. (Yes, our retarded network is only up to Rosemary's Baby. AND SERIOUSLY, WHAT TYPE OF TIMESLOT IS 11:30PM? DIE, CHANNEL 7.)

I don't often read the IMDB boards (because the people who post there scare me and I feel like I lose IQ points just by being on it) but this thread on the 30 Rock board made me sit there and grin so badly, reminding me why this show is just pure genius AND GOD IT NEEDS TO COME BACK SOON, K.

I got my Darren Hayes concert tour DVD yesterday! Some of you might remember me being insanely excited about going to his concert back in October (entry here). And there's only 1999 other copies of the DVD in the world! Just like how his concert wasn't just a concert, it was a theatrical show; this DVD isn't just a DVD, but a collector's album (literally; inside there's a book of 300 photos) of awesome.

Wicked opened in Melbourne this weekend and there are people on my flist talking about it and the Town Hall is lit up green and I want to gooooooo. Well, I am, but not until the 17th and that's aaaaages away. (Yes, I'm whining. Suck it up.)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, inara223! I asked Nicole (politely) if she could have her bub today in your honour, but... well, that didn't work. So I'll give you a packet of Tim Tams that never runs out (just like in the ad). Or something that would equally match your level of awesome, y'know? Have an awesome day! ♥
