The laziest LJ user ever
Hello. I am still alive and well, have just had lots of other things to do as well. Work at the school hasn't been too busy or difficult, I've just been doing something else all the time.
Winter is here and I love it, although I must go to work by bus or car or together with a colleague in her car (which is actually nice). Our car has not been alright since the snow came last week. The front door on the driver's side (!!) won't close nor open anymore. Erm... J has been very busy with his work and wasn't able to call the car people today (as if I couldn't do it... but it's his job to take care of the car in our family).
We spent the weekend in Tampere at friends and will be there again in the beginning of December but no other bigger plans for the coming weekends. I guess I (or we) still must visit my parents before Christmas since this year we'll be spending the holidays in Jyväskylä. J has lectures until the 18th of December but he might be able to have some days off during my Christmas holiday as well.
The autumn has gone by terribly fast. It has been quite nice as well since the whole school has been under the same roof and no teachers have been on a sick leave because of the mold and chemicals. I suppose the renovations have worked, although there are still a few pupils and teachers (in other schools now) who are not feeling very well in our school building... The classes have been rather nice too although there are few groups with which I surely get my blood pressure up every now and then :/ ...
What else? Went to see a gig (Atomic Swing) a few weeks ago which was on a Thursday... not a good idea but they weren't available on a Friday or Saturday. I'm also going to see a few things at the theatre soon and I'm looking forward to seeing them. Pre-Christmas parties coming up as well, although I'm not sure I'll attend all of them.
