A week almost gone
So... now I finally have the time table for the classes and I know which classes I have. So far I've only met one German class but tomorrow I'll also meet some of the English classes. And from next week on the pupils also have a "normal" time table so we can really start off with the lessons. I'm only teaching 5th and 6th graders now. And I still need to make an entry about the renovations of the school soon...
Everyone at the school has still been very nice and helpful and it is not hard at all to feel alright there :) . I guess what's been most difficult about starting the job there has been that I must realise I'm not a student anymore nor a trainee at the school. Nobody has made me feel that either (not at all!), it's just me who still somehow felt I was starting a second teacher training. It has nothing to do with this but the food (school food) has also been rather good ;) . Either it has changed since I was at school or then I've just grown old...
I almost know what happens this weekend but I'll let you know next week if it did happen... :) .
