This is why men don't like females in the top

Being self-employed you'll end up having zero seconds to yourself. The day is exploited to the fullest, every second is planned. From 5:30am to 10:30pm there's no time for spontaneity or reflections. I was toying with a calculator the other day and was taken aback when I realised that I've been working for 17 years (no vacation).
After my 17 years of work I think I have reasons for these statements:
- Guys don't deliver.
- Guys aren't careful.
- Guys don't struggle.
- Guys don't go up 5am to go to work.
- Guys are lazybones.
- Guys don't solve any problems.
- Guys make a mess out of all papers, it's hell to take over a job after a guy has been messing around.
- Guys can behave in any way they please and still get sky-high wages.
- Guys can be as mediocre and incompetent as they come and still be sitting on top posts.
- Guys only give jobs to other guys.
I met the cool Dominika, CEO for Mafiaso PR, at Grand's Cadier Bar where both of us were attending business meetings.
I asked her, with a tone of desperation in my voice, if she knew of any woman that I could hire as a project leader - NOW. And it MUST be a woman!
She had received the same question only a few hours earlier and it MUST be a woman. Send a careful woman here - NOW!
Dominika and I agreed that guys don't deliver. Period.
In the last issue of Veckans Affärer [Weekly Business] the editor Pontus Schultz (who's a proud daddy of two daughters, has been on parental leave and also taken his wife's second name) writes in capital letters: "WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?"
Despite studies that show how companies achieve better results with women in the management there's still frightfully few women on the boards.
I know exactly why there's so few women in the absolute top. It's very easy.
The men think that women are boring, sulking bitches who just nag and complain. They come up with a lot of bothersome demands. The men want to have their playgrounds to themselves. Men prefer having other men around. Men don't like women. Men think women take down the spirit. Men think that everything becomes too serious and boring when women are involved.
Men want to play around for a while and then let women clean it up, literally. This applies both to work and to the home life.
All men who occupy high posts in companies have women who deliver for them. Damn good women who in fact do the work for their bosses.
But they never get any chief positions or a place on the board or high wages.
Why is it like this? Either men are born the weaker sex or it's because their moms were mollycoddling them to the degree where they simply can't manage to do a proper stroke of work.
Mothers pampering their sons cause them to whine when they're sick. They're also unbelievably inferior to all women at work as far as performance is concerned.
Stop pampering your sons and then maybe they'll become as overachieving as women are once they get older.
All men are of course AWARE of this and that's why they are so frightened of having women on the boards. They know women are made of STEEL. They're shitting their pants, plain and simple.
In fear of being exposed as frauds.
