(no subject)
End of week 3 of Pediatrics, and I STILL haven't actually gotten any studying done! Man, this doesn't work very well for me. Going to have to buckle down and get serious about it.
In other news, UAB enjoyed a very successful Match Day, with 100% of the seniors matching. I believe that a few had to scramble, but it was actually fewer than last year. However, of the 12 who matched into OB/GYN, only 3 got into UAB's program, and one of them is a former Miss America... yeah, so, I'm thinking I don't stand a chance on that one. However, U Tenn has programs in Chattanooga and Knoxville, of course Vandy is in Nashville, and Ole Miss is in Jackson, so between all 5 programs, I should be able to match into a program within a 4 hour drive of home. I'll probably have to get a small little apartment, at least for the first year, while the hubby gets everything settled at home. But we'll see how it goes.
