On the home front
I'm back up north for the holidays. Although today has consisted less of being Christmassy and more of trying to learn stuff about the emergency drugs I'm expected to know inside out. I am, however, even more in love with Marks and Spencer than I usually am. On the way back last night we stopped at a garage just before we hit the motorway and there was one of those little M&S food places and as we're queuing I spotted that they sold Jelly Belly Jelly beans!!! They were in their own little M&S packaging but they were the genuine thing. I got a little too excited and grabbed a box which I'm munching as I revise. These things are so good they should be illegal.
It's really cold here. I thought it was cold down south but I think this might be worse. We're going to fight the late night shoppers later which should be amusing. However, it shouldn't be too stressful as I've bought most of my gifts now and managed to find a bargainous (half price!) black skirt for sub fusc (crazy uniform my university make you wear for exams...) yesterday.
And it's proper homemade mum's cooking for dinner- hurrah!
Oh, and I just read Jenna Fischer's latest blog. That woman is hilarious. I heart her.
