JE-Drama Summer 2010 through North American Eyes
Okay, if I get this right...
Joker YS is kinda like Dexter but with Ryo as a sidekick with a chip on his shoulder. It's Columbo-ish but with a darker vibe.
GM Odore Doctor is a what if House hadn't had his amputation and wanted to join in a musical with Ohkura as his bitchy nurse (Cameron? Chase?) instead of being a doctor.
Natsu no Koi is Matsujun making Puss in Boots eyes at an older lady, playing again a younger man in love with a more mature off beat older woman. Plus he's super fail in it.
Unubore Kenji is kinda like singing detective meets Ally McBeal for the wackiness factor with Nagase playing a cracked version of Ted in HIMYM in wanting to find himself a wife.
That's what I understood so far, but a lot of episode I watched without subs, so without a clear understanding of what was going on. My favorite is Joker because it's exactly my kind of drama (plus ep 1&2 are subbed) and Matsujun is always entertaining.
