Loved the season premier! Comedy, action, emotion---they made me very happy. Based on next weeks scenes, I guess I will have to choke down the Tiva. I can bear it as long as it's not too sickeningly sappy and romantic

Yep, case wise they need work. Hopefully that will get better. LL Cool J mentioned in an interview that he and Chris O'Donnell are kind of fascinated with each other--that seems to make great on-screen chemistry.

I seriously want fanfic now.

You could always write it. I'd for sure read it. I'm glad I wasn't the only one who saw the slash. I just thought I was seeing thing through my slash colored glasses again.

lol, the writers must be wearing them too--I swear I thought they were going to lose it when they separated them at the drug dealer's house. Also, the whole little thing about the guy that got killed and whether the guy calling him repeatedly it was his friend or his lover? I was surprised they even went there. (plus it was funny because they were like ' well he's this big butch black guy so clearly he must just be a friend' and it was Mathew St Patrick who was 'Dexter's' boyfriend for like 4 yrs on Six Feet Under. Now I'm sure I'm probably assigning way more thought than they put into it, but I'd love to think that was an inside joke like NCIS does sometimes)

I'm not ready to write anything just yet, I kind of want to see where they go with the characters. I think LL's character is supposed to be married and maybe with kids so that will throw a damper on my slashing :-( .
