How are NCIS and NCIS:Gay created by the same people? NCIS has it's moments but LA is just painfully stupid and getting worse, not better as it goes along. The hell? Seriously show.

The good?

Sam and G's 'man date' which is just an actual date. Seriously, Deeks calls it a man date, then says, that's okay I have a date too and a lot of people hook up during the holidays or something to that affect.

Also Sam and G continue to get their flirt on.

Kensi's manpain continues and it's awesome except for how Sam and G apparently have short term memory loss and forgot that she told a story about her Marine fiance last season and they wondered if it was true then.

Kensi continues to be awesomely competent as an agent. The scene on the boardwalk was nicely done (if you know, we don't mind shooting into crowds of civilians)

Yeah, still love Deeks and the fact that he still annoys the others is a nice bit that keeps him from being Marty Stuish.

The bad? Everything else plus boring! The agents are too stupid to realize Hetty's point about not giving gifts unless they are perfect for the recipient, which the show then crushed by having her give the whistle and the sweater to Eric and Nell.

Also, seriously why does every body on this show live in houses and apts that must cost in the hundred thousands if not millions in LA? Except maybe Deeks lives in a residential hotel?

The plot made no sense in so many ways.

Not much to say about NCIS. Nice if not special episode.

I did like

That they keep showing Gibbs slow evolution and even had Ken mention it.
I liked Ken and I'm glad Tony got him to help set up the bang at the end.
Glad the McAbs still flourishes, at least a little.
The slow but at least existent transformation of Tony into an adult version. Again thanks for acknowledging it show.

ncis, box of rocks, ncis:gay
