Seriously, the only thing that could make Leverage better is actual 'death'. The show already had plenty of violence but it's beginning to dip into the Smallville territory where apparently severe head and spine trauma are just fine as long as you don't actually kill anyone on screen.
It's not about the death in and of itself but about the consequences of actions. I know the whole show is sort of a hyper reality and that really works in most eps but there are a few more serious eps where it just throws you out of the illusion.
Okay I take that back. Death and character and story arcs that actually work and don't get dropped for numerous episodes.
That said, Eliott and Hardison handcuffed together was just too hot for words. I totally want a fic where Parker handcuffs them together and has her way with each of them. And Hardison being all badassed, which you know he picked up from Eliot--it's very cute.
Plus the fishing bit at the end--daww!
Since the beginning of the seasons of Leverage and White Collar, I've seen Aiden Quinn, Clancy Brown, Tim Matheson, John Schneider, and Michael O'Keefe. Such a joy to revisit some of my 80's and early 90's faves. Also, Aldis Hodge's brother in the pilot which was fun.
