Challenge: Day 4

"Amateurs hope; professionals work." Garson Kanin (found on Catie's blog)

I'm dissatisfied because I'm behind. I only got 8 pages on day one, and I need eleven each day; I've been doing ten. So tomorrow I plan to make them up. Why not today? Because this is my schedule:

630-720AM - housework, prep for Bible study
8AM - meeting with Merrilee/Bible Study
10AM - arrive at school; attend lecture on writing popular fiction and MA programs
1130- Senior seminar class
1PM - Essay Writing class
245 - babysit
545- dinner
6-9pm - work in the writing center/write history page (it's usually slow)
930pm - arrive home, crash

All those things pretty much butt up against each other, so lunch will be during senior seminar. I am a busy busy girl! I'm already starting to feel exhausted from going-going-going, normally I have large chunks of free time I alternately spend blowing off and working during, so to be perpetually working is sort of new. It reminds me of last semester when I had 18 credits and an internship... doable but a lot. Fun but tiring. Etc. I have a bad feeling about today's quota and meeting it BUT we'll see how I do. Hopefully I can squeeze some writing in between things that aren't as busy as I expect... *shrug*

So here I go!

Evening update:
I am dead tired. I did, however, get three pages in while the girl I sit for was at her ballet class. It's ironic but I just saw the schedule for tonight at the center and we have a FULL roster. This is the first time all semester that my coworker and I will apparently be booked. Granted, half the people tend to skip their appointments, but either way it doesn't look I'll be getting that history page (or any more OMWF) written while I'm here. We'll see. I'm glad I got something done already, that much less to do tonight (I'm a morning person.) So tired and I have a bit of a headache but I must be off...
