The night is darkest just before dawn.
Last night I had the honour of sharing time with my friend Anahata, toning, dancing, talking, and healing. I really tuned into my heart and it feels like the lone captain struggling to steer the big ship across the emotional ocean. She suggested I allow spirit guides to help... Yes please! All hands on deck!
I have been working full days non-stop every day for most of August and add the album release and other dramas on top... I am really looking forward to enjoying this Saturn day and Sun day with unstructured, free time to really breathe and digest the dizzying last few busy weeks.
I also realized that when I need to dock, the mainland is always accessible inside me. All I need to do is breathe and feel the comfort of alignment with Source. I have been doing this throughout the day and it's really giving me a sense of comfort and peace. :)
Shelter Valley is approaching... I AM GETTING REALLY EXCITED!!!
