I really need to do this. I need to get back on track, starting really working at this.
I SWEAR that on Monday January 10th I will start all of this again.
I will start drinking 64oz or more of water each day.
I will start logging and keeping track of every ounce of food I eat.
I will work out at least once a day, and log it.
I will start journaling every single day
I will do everything possible to help me with my weight loss.
I have realized, that as with my education (I'm in college).. I have not given either my all. I have not done as much as I know I can do, I have not tried as hard as I can. I have not set my self up for the best possible successes. I really need to do this. I'm so tired of bullshitting myself.
The world is changing, my life is changing.. I need to change too or I'm going to get left behind in the dirt.. if I'm not already there.
It is so hard because I am nearly dirt poor right now.. and have been. Its caused me to skip almost all my meals - forcing myself to eat dinner. We have food.. just not much at all. Noodles, baked beans, and thats about it. It really makes it hard - but I should be getting money within two weeks. I really have to conserve it though and thats going to make it hard as well. Salad doesn't come cheap! Especially if you're like me and like it all already prepared.
But that doesn't excuse my lack of exercise. I've lifted weights (10lbs each arm, as many reps until my arms cant handle it - or 20 ea.) but thats about it. I ran up and down the stairs about 10 times the other day just to see what its like - HARD!! I kinda like it! I might do it more often, but its hard to really "measure". I should be doing all of this and my workout video all together I think.
I've considered reading Dr. Phils book.. I'm sure itll all be very obvious stuff that I already know (which is what has prevented me from reading/caring about it previously).. but maybe itll help motivate me. I know I need a better environment - cleaner house, healthier more well balanced meals, I need more sleep, I need to have my shoes and water always ready to go for me to work out.
Alright, I'm gonna do some crunches and weights while I'm up. Hope you are all doing wonderfully :) I will make my rounds on the friends page very soon.
