Allllrighttt I finally worked out tonight :D
Didn't do much cardio because.. I gotta get back to my level. Only 15 minutes - 1 mile. But but but! I did TONS of toning/weightlifting exercises for my upper body.
Its 9 different exercises total - focusing on the upper body. I did 10 reps for each arm for each exercise and used a 10lb dumbell. Oh man could I feel it! I was sweating so much but I loved it!
Now why can't I do this more often! Now I'm gonna try to sleep and get up around 7am and work out again.
