Sokol Books Ltd. requires a full-time general assistant, available to start work in late July or early August. We are an antiquarian book dealer specialising in English and Continental books published before 1640 (see our website at www.sokol.co.uk). Applicants should have a good reading knowledge of Latin, Classical Greek and at least one modern European language, as well as competence in administrative tasks. Bibliographical expertise an advantage. Salary commensurate with experience.
