sub-par banking professional

I wonder if it's worth the headache of taking my banking business elsewhere simply based on the fact that the person handling my account has failed to meet my what I would regard as a minimum level of professionalism expected from somebody working in the banking industry. When I send a relatively formal email, I would expect an equally formal response. The transaction is clearly a business exchange and I don't expect to receive responses that one would receive during instant message conversations. At the very least, if one is going to respond using blunt statements, for heaven's sake at least get your grammer and spelling in order. I can show some latitude if it were a newby handling my account, but for a senior mortgage manager to demonstrate such actions I deem to be unacceptable. The rates there are quite good, but I could just as easily obtain an equivalent rate elsewhere. If it were not for the additional paperwork, time and effort required to go to a competing bank, I'd have switched in a heart beat.
