One word:
WOW!
To explain this, I shall say that it is indeed true that when you make your Challenge, that is THE time for it to occur. This weekened has strengthened me spiritually and has helped to open my eyes to a few things. One of the things that I have realized is that it is not the big things that change lives, but rather the sum of the little things. These little things which we tend to cast off as insignificant are indeed tiny little graces in and of themselves, and through their combined grace, they speak worlds of truths, which we would otherwise ignore should we not be listening. Truly, I tell all of you that I have felt the love and care of God, as He worked through people and events to demonstrate this, and show His prescence. I have had the fortune of meeting many amazing people, and getting closer to countless others. I can easily say that I am not the same man that I was going into this weekend, and I do not know of anyone else that was the same after either. I must state that even the Saturday morning "Showers of Chastity" had their role (ask me about if it you have a chance). I am no longer a single voice anymore, but rather a member of a community that serves to support each other and radiate the Love of God through their lives and actions. I now ask that if it is possible, that those of you who do pray, include myself and the Challenge community in your prayers every once in a while, and pray that we may be guided by the Spirit and continue to be strong as we strive to live out God's Will for us during this life.
In Christ,
Dan
