Today was HOT!!!
Wow was it ever. So anyways, I did what no one else around the household had done all summer so far, and I did it alone. I put in the air-conditioner, mainly so the guinea pigs won't get too hot. Cause they have all natural fur coats.
I didn't work on composition #5 today, even though I should. Maybe if I put them all together, I'd have a rhapsody! Then I'd be famous, and all the girls would SWOON for me! Yeah, that's the ticket. And yes, I call it composition #5. They all are named in order of when I started them, except for #1, which is really "I have no name for it"
It should all sound REALLY nice when my speakers come in. Fedex and common sense and logic dictate a Monday delivery, but luck and hope say Friday. And it's nice, THX-certified Logitech Z-5300s and a Creative Audigy II. Plus a gig of RAM. The only thing I'm worried about is getting the audio to work with Linux. Because it's so going into my desktop, and that's dual-boot. Actually, I gotta clean my room as well. Then I can use it, and start getting ready to pack up to go back to school. Never to early to be prepared.
Then I can go back to school and talk to my friends in person. It's funny, I have peoples' phone numbers, but I have only talked to them via AIM. And AIM is terrible to converse over. Conversations all of a sudden die. Oh well... they can click the link in my profile, come here, and find what I'm really thinking. Cause I'm just typing my thoughts. That's it.
