Has anyone heard of a company called uniway?
They called me last week, trying to get me to come to some thing with a chance to win prizes.
Winning = good.
Unfortunately, my scam alarm started to go off.
So, they call me again today. I think, eh, what the hell. I don't have anything else to do Saturday, at least I will get some free entertainment. And a $50.00 gas card.
So, after agreeing, I do some online research. This place is totally a scam. I called the place back and canceled my appointment. The guy was pissed. I couldn't get a word in for at least 10 minutes. He just kept telling me that people can post anything they want on the internet. At the end of the conversation, he promised me the $50.00 gas card (he obviously didn't know I had already been promised that) if I came. So now, after being practically yelled at on the phone, I am going.
And I am going to have fun.
