- my psych professor on why our culture has so many sleep-deprived, insomniac people today.

i don't know about your professor but i still have afternoon breaks everyday... as does everyone i know.

I think he's talking on the national level... like hispanics have siesta time, and english have tea time (yes, i know the statements are probably very un-pc)... the US doesn't have anything that people across the nation recognize as a time to take a break (unless you count happy hour, but i don't think that really counts)
