I am not a happy Amazon.com user right now. I'm annoyed and tired of trying to get things fixed.
Here's the situation: I ordered three seasons of CSI (seasons 4-6) in the Amazon marketplace, from three different individual sellers. I also pre-ordered Leverage: The 2nd Season from Amazon. I did all of this on May 20.
I got CSI Season Five pretty quick and was satisfied, even though I wanted to watch the fourth season first. The other three, though, never came. I finally got Leverage after sending an e-mail yesterday and getting a free upgrade to one-day shipping for my efforts. The person I ordered CSI Season Four from refunded my account without telling me why, but they only refunded the cost of the item, not the shipping I had to pay for it. I've sent two e-mails asking for an explanation from the seller, but haven't heard anything.
As for where CSI Season Six is, I have no idea. I'm giving it a few more days before I e-mail the seller, which is also when I'll e-mail Amazon to file a complaint against the user who promised me CSI Season Four. All in all, out of the four items I ordered a month ago, only one came on time. I'm grateful to Amazon for getting me my Leverage DVD (something went wrong with shipping), but I'm also frustrated with the lack of quality service from the marketplace sellers. I've always had good experiences before, which only makes me more annoyed. These sellers will definitely be blacklisted in my book.
