just as a pretext, congrats also go to Sarah (first chair 2nd band?) and Craig (3rd chair) in school auditions which I didn't have time to mention earlier
Region auditions part one were tonight, and I did well, except for missing every upward slur that I *should* be able to play. But, nonetheless, I got to phase 2, which means I am in Region Band, and I have another shot to audition and hopefully improve (I was 19th this time).
