I realised the other day that despite never keeping a diary, or weighing myself more than once every few months, I can remember my weight at various times. So graph time!
iBon's just got home, and we've come up with a new theory (that ignores the 12 minute fast walk each way to the tube these days).
I didn't lose weight for a few months when I joined the gym, as I was putting on muscle. Then I improved stamina and metabolism. Then I quit and lost muscle. Now I'm on the verge of loosing stamina. I've got to start doing exercises again. Which is easy for me to say, but I've been saying it for ages.
I'm really impressed how you're really pushing yourself!
Aha! But I am trying very hard NOT to push myself, which is incredibly tricky. Pushing myself is how I got into this sorry state... nowadays I have to find the borders of my capacity and stay a few inches the wrong side of them...
I think your gym/muscle/stamina theory has some legs to it.
