Guitar Hero makes me Smart!
An email I sent to some friends:
So I was listening to NPR on my way to work this morning, and the first story I heard was about the ant infestation in Texas. Apparently, in flooded areas, ants are climbing up people (thinking that the people are dry land) and causing problems. Some dude in some department is trying to warn people about the swimming ants (all of this is irrelevant to my story).
Well, after the piece, true to NPR, some music began to play. Because of my time on Guitar Hero I instantly recognized it...."Texas Flood" by Stevie Ray Vaughan!
