My Inner Editor got loose during week two of NaNoWriMo, and ze seems to think it's still week two. Not only am I terribly behind, but I'm also critizicing the story as well as myself as a writer. I mean, I know it's a good story and nice characters, but the Inner Editor keeps telling me NaNo's not the right venue for it. Or my writing in general.
Any advise on how to get back on track (apart from dares including zombies, rabid ninja squirrels and stuff like that)? I'd give WriteOrDie a try if I only had any kind of idea for a scene.... NaNo's supposed to be all about the fun, but I take it - and not to mention my characters and their stories - really seriously.
