Things are going well...no, they're not...yes they are...or are they?
Telia sucks major ass. I've had big problems connecting since yesterday, and I hope I'll be able to post this.
Erika and I saw Meet the Spartans yesterday (Monday = free popcorn & soda day for movie club members). I confused it with Epic Movie, but both Erika and I found it funny, which was good. Tonight I'm going back, with Dad, to see Varg. I don't care if it sucks, because Dad's paying. And we're going out for dinner, too. :D
The other day I got a notice to attend a meeting about the Work and Development Guarantee - it's a program for people who have no more unemployment payment days left, and I'm going on the 16th. Here's to hoping it'll improve both my chances to get a job as well as my economy....
Oh, and the bigass tracks I talked about here? They come from a Great Dane. *g* I had forgotten how friggin' HUGE those things are! o.O
Yesterday I started rereading "Lake Wobegon Days" by Garrison Keillor. I first read it in junior high, and finally got to rereading it. I've had my copy (signed, thanks to a friend in the US) sitting on a shelf for ages, and finally decided to read it. I was happy to discover that I still like his narrative style. :)
I've found myself having some rather interesting gender thoughts lately; it's almost like I see Devin as a separate, male entity, though not in the multiple personality sense. *hmm* I guess I need to think some more about it, since it looks weird when I write it like that....
I'm gonna get something to eat now, and possibly call Telia, because this is getting ridiculous.... *growls at shitty connection*
