Look who's back again!
I didn't stay home for very long...see, on Monday evening Dad fetched me, and I just came home now. *g* He didn't want me to drive into town and have to leave my car all day on Tuesday, and so I spent the night at his place. Same with Tuesday to Wednesday. And this weekend, Mom wants me to spend some time with her! *g* Oh, well, at least they like me. :-D
My talk on Monday went quite well. I felt like I could have been more structured, but then it wouldn't be me.... *g* Hopefully I'll have my money before Christmas. I met one of the other girls with SB in the county which I hadn't seen in years, and we ended up seeing each other both yesterday and today too! :-D
I was a tad confused yesterday, and hence forgot to put on my bikini and bring my bathrobe to Luleå. But we just took out the bikini part and things went quite well. It was just a real shame that there were only about 20 people left when it was time for our performance.... :-/ We did well, though, and the audience appreciated it, which is what matters. Oh, and we have a new member in our drama group who will start after Christmas - my MOTHER! *g*
Speaking of Christmas, frayen - you spoil me, girl! *DQ SQUEE* Point me to your wishlist again, hon? *smooches repeatedly* I'm going to bed shortly, and thanks to the previously mentioned fab person, I will be watching Rain Man on DVD!!!!111eleventy
This afternoon we had about 50 people in the audience, and things went well then too even though our performance was postponed until late in the afternoon and everybody were getting really tired. And I got to flirt with the sound technician! :-D (note to self: I'm into butch girls *nodnod*) We had to drive really carefully on the way home since it was so slippery, and the driver was nice enough to drive me to Strömgården where the NHR Christmas party was held so that I wouldn't have to pay for a cab or wheel on the icy streets.... :-D I got a phone call from the movie theater; the preview of The Golden Compass tomorrow night has been cancelled due to lack of interest. :-(
Tomorrow I need to write my Linguistics exam *barfs*...but before that I will sleep, watch the movie mentioned in the previous paragraph, and of course I now need to upload pics to the Advent calendar.... So I'll proceed to doing that now (up to the 5th), and they should be up in the next hour or so....
