Pushups Week 3 Day 1

Well, my shoulder started feeling better Saturday afternoon so this week I have started pushups again. I am repeating the weak I just did. Also, a coworker just informed me that when it says "as many as you can" that means "as many consecutive push ups as you can comfortably manage (at least 5, but not so many that you damage muscle tissue)." I was doing them until I burnt out. I think this might be why I messed up my shoulder and possibly why I only added 8 to my total.  So, given that I can only do 5 more over the max before I burn out I think I'll stick with the max.

Level 1: 27
Level 2: 20
Level 3: 20
Level 4: 17
Level 5: As many as you can at least 27 (32)
