Kazie here, for another batch of updates. Well. First of all, let's welcome Michi, who'll be playing Tomoyo! Please add td_songstress to your friends list and start playing with her. Also, let's re-welcome Gianni, our resident Mizuki Kaho. Hey there guys. :D
Now for plot-related updates.
1. This August will still be the August of The Nothing year. I was going to make that timeline but I got sick, so I wasn't able to even start it. This is to continue to build up the tension and the whole 'calm-before-the-storm' part, so that Clone!Syaoran's arrival in Tomoeda wouldn't come off as a complete shocker compared to doing the time jump right away. Also, it will give us more time to recruit new players. For plot purposes, I'd really like to have a Yelan in the game, since she'll be one of the main drivers in Hong Kong when the main plot kicks in. A Nakuru would be awesome as well, and a Yuuko for kicks.
So let's just continue to sit back and relax with our pups. Let our characters get to know each other, or reacquaint themselves with each other, hang out, go to school, and all that jazz.
2. Journals! Yes, ICly, by August 1 Daidouji Corporation will launch their breakthrough cellular phone model. As stated in the Rules and Information post, with it you can do anything, from send private messages to your friends to create a network in which you can see each other's posts and comment, like how LJ works. And that's our cue, minna. By August 1, all our characters will be able to use their journals. Tomoyo, of course, will be giving all her friends free units, even those all the way in London. The others, well... Fei Wong will definitely get his hands on those and give his lackeys cellphones, too. So by August, you can interact not just in the logs comm, but also via your journals. Yay!
3. Still waiting for Matthias' reply email regarding the raising of the character limit. I'll keep you all posted.
