Where can I find...
Greetings, people with knowledge of Philadelphia. I'm looking for a restaurant or similar establishment that satisfies the following criteria, and need people more experienced with the city than I.
1) is in or near Center City or University City,
2) can accommodate between 10 and 40 people for a Meetup,
3) has a sectioned-off area for these 10-40 people to be outside of the main dining area, such that if they are loud, they will not be disruptive to the other patrons,
4) does not bar people under 21 from entering.
Does anyone know of such a place, or a reasonable approximation such that it can be fudged? Said meetup is likely to occur in the fall, but I would rather find a place sooner rather than later.
