The Queen's Speech

OK, in the realm of creepy Cold War relics, this just-declassified speech, prepared for HM The Queen in a UK/NATO nuclear war exercise is up there. But maybe only because the hypothetical date and time of the address to the nation is (accounting for time differences) less than two hours before I was born.
