workout update

My flexibility is pretty much back where I was at during my peak. Maybe a little more would be 100 percent.
Pretty close though.

I've added bunny hops into my weekend routine. I did over 100 on Sunday yesterday. My legs are pretty darn sore today.
Not so sore I can't move, though. I went jogging this morning, and I plan to do so tomorrow, as well.

Over the past couple of weeks I've put on about a half pound or so. It has to be the difference between losing fat and gaining muscle, because I defintely feel a lot stronger than before.

Still have a while to go before I can pull of Kenshiro, but I'm well on my way!

I've started to research molding plastics, so I can create props for my latest video I will hopefully shoot this month.
I have to order the materials and get started ASAP. I don't really have that much time to spare considering I have to let each resin replica dry overnight, and I want to make 15 claws...
