(no subject)
yes this is another entry about how amazing steel drums are. oh i just love them so much!!! national trail was so awesome! after we finished playing dis feelin nice, the crowd just erupted! it was such an amazing feeling! afterwards i couldn't get my nerves to calm down! oh it was awesome! i have used so many exclamation marks! its crazy! i am so jealous of amy because next year she is going to miami and gets to be in the steel band and they are awesome! but apparently toledo might have a steel drum band which would be amazing!
speaking of toledo i just signed up for orientation. its such a nice feeling to take care of all this stuff. too bad they have all these placement tests (i don't have to take the english one tho because i am in the honors program). but they said that i have to take the language placement test because i took latin in high school. but it said that is only if you are continuing the language which i am not and i remember nothing. i think that i got rid of all my notes too. i guess i will just call the school.
last yg meeting tonight. it wasn't really that sad. i would have been more sad last year, because i like those leaders more.
ichthus is this weekend!!!!! i am so excited! plus i miss 2 days of school! oh it is going to be awesome! i hope that it rains only a little bit, nothing like last year which was insane! one year we didn't get humongus(?) rain (i know that doesn't make any sense, but its me). it made a circle around ichthus! oh i love ichthus! camping and God all in one! and no school! and we aren't going with stupid mh! this post might not make a lot of sense.
oh yeah. so i had to quit track because of my knee. i am sad, well part of me is because i really wanted to break 6 in the mile. but i think that my priorities have changed some as well. well this ended up being a pretty long post so i am gonna go now! i love you all my darlings!
