For help with back pain

1. Place tennis ball on floor.

2. Sit on floor next to tennis ball.

3. Lie down on floor, back flat. Grab tennis ball. Place between floor and any painful part of back, buttocks, hips or legs.

4. Lie flat on top of ball so that your entire body weight, presses on tennis ball.

5. Move around so that tennis ball is squashed against every painful place. Hold most painful positions as long as possible.

This works. Does some strange things. I just stood up, was so sleepy I thought I'd fall on the bed and pass out. One minute later, not sleepy at all. Clear head. The pain does creep back though, unfortunately.

Human trafficking is a terrible crime. I still wish I had a Japanese girl who weighs maybe 110 in my closet at all times. Her entire job would be to walk barefoot on my back four times a day. She might or might not be clothed. Couldn't care less.
