(no subject)
Well today was the second day of pre-camp, and i swear i am going to shoot myself. Some how the camp misunderstood my request to be put with older kids in jewlery or performing arts as me wanting to be put with little 5 year olds all day long.
SO today we get there at like 1 o'clock and it was approximatly 392857389q2560 degrees outside so they are like why don't we go on the field and all the staff can play awkward ice breaker games even though we forced them to come yesterday and play dumb but by all means less awkward icebreakers! the first thing we did was the game where you have to pass an orange, but the catch is you have you hold it by your neck and pass it to the next persons neck!! and because it was 23408578924757824 degrees some people were so sweaty. Then we continued for a day of boringness and because i got stuck in the group for learning how to be nice to 5 year olds the person leading the group activities is a third grade teacher with a very high and quiet voice who is allways happy all the time!!!! The day definatly peaked when we had a "presentation" on bullying where this guy who's profession should be back up dancer for boybands came and sang and danced about bullying to ghetto/gino musak while a middle aged woman sat and hit a drum for an hour at random. His saying was "it's kool 2B kind" spelt exactly like that. I swear i've never seen one person perspire so much in 50 minutes, this was espeacially apparent when he came around and touched us all during a song called " be somebody." We all were laughing, uncontrollably espeacially when he had pictures of cartoon kids in head gear and kids with exceptionally big feet and was on his knees singing " don't laugh at me" to the sky. The best part was he was COMPLETLY tone deaf and could never find the beat of the song!!!
I swear i'm going to accidently say something offensive to a kid thanks to talking to lewis all year. ( lewis if you're reading this i hate you / love you because you deny my existance)
Anyways tommorrow being CANADA DAY is another 8 hours of pre camp.......
