Hmmm...this one is hard mainly because I don't watch TV a lot AT ALL.
School Rumble.
It's mainly a shounen anime about a girl named Tenma Tsukamoto who has a huge crush on this really eccentric guy named Oji Karasuma. At the same time, she's being crushed on by a former juvenile delinquent named Kenji Harima and hilarity ensues as both try to tell the one they adore how they feel. I read both the manga and watched the full anime. Both I give a 5 star ratings, even though in reality the anime is better. And yes, that's Tenma up there. We're actually the same age, lol.
