It had been an odd couple of weeks and Cecilia knew she'd never have gotten through it without the help of her best friend. Honestly, even since they were children, Daphne had been a life-saver to Cecilia on more than one occasion. So when the day came for Daphne's twenty-sixth birthday, Cecilia had an entire plan set.
