i'm a nanny for a week
five girls
ages 16, 13, 10, 7, and 6
i taught the 10-year-old and the 7-year-old how to knit
it was so nice

their mom left all kinds of cake and muffin mixes
i was almost offended
i will make my blueberry muffins and pancakes from scratch, thank you

oh yeah, and today i got us all locked out
ha ha!
they took it like champs
although i would tell everyone to never get locked out while on a military base
we call a locksmith: "i'll be there in 45 minutes."
excellent!
"but the military police have to be there when i'm unlocking the door. security measures."
well, gosh
the locksmith showed up promptly
the police came 30 minutes late
they had attempted to call the occupants of the house
who happen to be floating on some cruise ship en route to the bahamas

once the police got there they asked me my

city of birth,

social security number,
father's rank, unit, job title, and highest level of education,
address,
phone number,
and favorite color
