ON edge in Chekhov’s “Seagull” at the Juilliard School, on the attack as Shakespeare’s Henry V at the Globe in London, sardonic as the Ice Truck Killer on Showtime’s hit series “Dexter,” jittery on Broadway as his father’s would-be avenger in the recent “All My Sons” - Christian Camargo seems to have been polishing the facets of a potentially hypnotic Hamlet for quite some time.
