The end of the a.s.a.g.
Just four more weeks untill summervacation and then it will be the end of my time at the afterschool activity group. We have to stop because we don't have enough children to continue. It's sad but also okay, we saw it coming for quite a while. We've been doing it for about 9 years and it was alot of fun working with the kids, doing arts and crafts with them.
We have already started cleaning up stuff because we've collected a lot over the years, and we don't want to have to do it once the summerholidays have started.
So now I have to make room for all the stuff that I had taken to school and now has to come home with me again. Thankfully my husband found a place for the wardrobe I had painted, Otherwise it had to go to the dumping ground, and it's such a pretty wardrobe. It will get a place in the garden so we can put tools and vases and pots and stuff in there. Ofcourse we will give it a good coating before it goes outside, and then we'll see how long it will take for it to fall apart.I hope a very long time.
In the first week of the holidays the girls and I will go on an outing, don't know what. Maybe a picknick and a bikeride, we'll see.
And we'll have to make plans for next year to keep in touch, like for our crafts afternoon.I would be sad if that would end too.
