(no subject)
So easter was good,but not so good for my parents. They both have the flu despite the fact they both had their shots. They are getting a bit better now but have to get their strength back.
We were at my brother Louis birthday on sunday and it was nice to see him again. He was happy to see us too, only at one point I think he realized there was someone missing, and that he will never see him again. Then one of the counsellors comforted him and she said that Nico was with him in his hart and that they would light a candle for him in the evening. That helped and cheered him up.
Frank and I also made an appointment with him to go to the zoo on saturday the 26th of april. We will go to the zoo of Rotterdam,it will be great fun.
On tuesday I was on duty for lunch with the kids from school and Trude and I went to pick up the older kids from the location on the Grebbestraat, whilst Janine and Angeline picked up the young ones from the location on the Wilgenhoflaan. When Trude and I arrived at the playground Angeline asked me if I knew where the keys were, they were still standing outside the gate. I immediately remembered that they were hanging from a little hook near my kitchen door. I accidently took them home with me the week before. (oh dear) so I got on my bike and rushed home, got the keys and rushed back. In the meantime the three other ladies had to wait outside the gate with 40 children. I'm not quite sure but I think it took me about six minutes to get back, thank god it didn't rain.
Tomorrow I am going to the hairdresser, not for much cutting but for some work on my color.^_^
In the afternoon it's time to fill in the tax forms, so Frank took some hours of of his work because we will get some help with the filling in, of this really nice man who does this for a living.
In the evening Silvia and I are going to visit Roos (Ilona's neighbor) and show here some of her artwork. Roos is also very artistic and she was curious about Silvia's work, It will be a nice evening I think because she is a very nice lady.
On friday evening the girls (my daughters) and I are going to the theater to see the Lama's, a group of very funny guys known from Dutch television. If they are as funny in the theater as they are on television, we will have a wonderful evening. I am looking forward to it.
On saturday it's my birthday and we will have visitors in the evening. I have only invited our family since we both come from rather large families. So I've asked my friends over friday evening next week. I don't want them to sit on each others lap ;^)
On sunday there is this creativity market I would like to go to with Sandra and maybe Janine.There is also a quilt market in the same building and with your ticket you can visit both events. So I hope I can go.
