Last time starting point 28/07/07. I didn't do the final fitness test last time, i chicked out.
Official starting weight: 92.3 (92.1 i think)
Situps : 52 (41)
Pushups: 58 (62)(knees)
Aerobic: 67 (68)
Starting point today 20/10/07
Official starting weight: 92.8
Situps : 46
Pushups: 33 ON MY TOES
Aerobic: 59 Only running the last 2 mins (20mt laps)
Over all im pretty happy...
Weight: a gain of only .4 over 3 months, also i had 2 toast and banana, two cups of tea and a brunch bar before the session.
Sit ups: pretty bad but as i haven't done any training in about 5 weeks i guess its to be expected
Pushups: Very happy with that result. One of the great things i managed last challenge was stepping up to the TOE pushups.. and having not done any in like months i still gave it a go!
Aerobic: I wimped out.. i'm tired and lack energy after having a period for a month and no way could i have run for 12 mins, But looking at the last results i have to say.. i'm impressed! I questioned my count but nope.. i was correct.. i can walk nearly as fast as i run LOL why run!
