Well .. did well all day with food. Got to the gym an hour early cause my supermarket wasn't busy and got the shopping done quickly.
I did ABT (Abs buts and thighs, so lots of squats, lunges etc) and Challenge session. MORE squats etc.
Really pleased but completely shattered. I couldn't keep up the ABT, i hate it when you try try and then stop.. and like 2 beats later the instructor stops!!
I also did ALL my pushups on my toes.
We did the interval stuff again..
Round 1 :
10 squats, one lap running (about 40 metres)
8 squats, one lap running
6 squats, one lap running
4 squats, one lap running
2 squats, one lap running
rest one minute.
2 squats, one lap running
4 squats, one lap running
6 squats, one lap running
8 squats, one lap running

Round 2:
10 lunges on each leg, one lap running

THATS 60 PUSHUPS!!! Andy was impressed, he hasn't seen me to them that way yet.

10 triceps presses with 4kg Medicine ball, one lap running

2 triceps presses with 4kg Medicine ball , one lap running

Yes.. shattered, went to rays for dinner, fish and salad it was DELISIOUC. and watched Licenced to drive (LOVE THE COREYS)
