First off, congrats to the Houston Dynamo for winning MLS Cup 2007 by beating the New England Revolution 2-1 yesterday on 2 great goals. The karma continues for the Revs as no cups as of yet.
Anyways...
Wednesday night was a Wolf Pack hockey event in Hartford. Derek worked till 6 so he needed to pick me up and then from there we went to the game, which we got there late due to traffic heading into Hartford. Man, living far away sucks now, haha.
Anyways, as for the game. The Wolf Pack dominated in almost every game and got key some goals from many of the big guns. Overall, Pack won 6-3.
Nothing much happened on Thursday except I watched a little hockey and then watched Greys' which was quite interesting.
I had a 1/2 PTO day scheduled from work so I took advantage of it by going to the liquor store to purchase a bottle of beer for Dereks' father's birthday on Sunday. Afterwards, I came home to do some things around the apt and relax with Derek.
Friday night we went out for pizza at Pizza Palace. It was our first time there and it was qutie yummy, since that hit the spot before the game. After dinner we headed into Hartford and hoped to get there early for warmups, which we did since traffic was lighter than normal.
For warmups we headed to our usual section and took plenty of pics, which I'll show off in a bit.
As for the game, Pack won and clearly dominated the game. Unknown hero, Francis Lessard was the hero in scoring 2 goals and Al Montoya made some terrific saves to preserve the win.

After the game, we just went home instead of staying after for the guys.
Derek worked till 5 on Saturday so I was out and about doing some things and then came home to clean up. Saturday night we went out to dinner at Dakota's in Rocky Hill. Afterwards we came home to watch Transformers which was a very good movie and then we ate our dessert.
Yesterday, Derek wanted to head over to South Windsor Arena to the Pro Shop to see what kind of NHL Jerseys they had. He got an old school Rangers for only 30 bucks, which was quite a bargain. Afterwards we hit up Target and bought a Christmas Tree for $20. Now, how wrong can you go with that?
Later at night we went over to Derek's parents for his dad's birthday.
That's all for now. Catch ya all later.
