Good Times ;)
Well, I dunno about anyone else, but I've had a bloody awesome week so far!
First of all, Happy 50th Birthday to my wonderful, wonderful Dad! *huggles* I love you soooooooooooooooo much!
Now, to the gossip!
On Monday I went iceskating with Paul and two of his girl mates. I have NO idea how to iceskate. The first time I went was in France, and an 8 year old boy took pity on my, and held my hand to lead me around. This was the second time I went - and instead I had Paul holding my hand.
I had a great time! By the end I was actually skating (sure, badly, but I was skating!) by myself. I never once fell on my arse either, because Paul was always there to catch me. And I have to add he is an AWESOME skater. *swoon*
After the skating I went to his place and met his Nan. She's a lovely lady! :)
We then listened to music, made out, and got walked in on by is cousin. No worries though, I'd heard the footsteps, so I was in a totally innocent looking position ;)
It was hilarious though! The look on his face as he walked in, saw me there, then decided to go watch TV was priceless.
Later on Paul drove me home. And who do I find at my house but my Dad! He'd flown in for the day to see a doctor, and didn't tell us! So woot! Paul quite unexpectedly met my Dad! After Dad left for the airport, Paul stayed for dinner and we watched the footy.
Tuesday was spent driving to Gero in the pouring rain *curses the cyclone up north* Thank god for 4WDs! Whoever was in that whiteWD I was following, thanks heaps for guiding me through the rain!
Wednesday rocked! I got to see my "nephew" - he's BEAUTIFUL!
I took his mum (my bestest mate since ever) out for the day. Steak and Cake for lunch - what could be better?! She really appreciated getting away I think. We had a lovely day.
But then I had to do homework. Bah - at least I'm halfway through!
So yeah - I've been having fun, and with Dad's birthday, it's only gonna get better!
