So how was everyone's weekend?
My bro won a test drive weekend with the new VW Eos. Since he was pretty busy this weekend with work and babysitting, I got to cruise around in the sweet ride for most of the weekend. Broke a few personal speed records (De Hoek - Laekenlinde in about 10 minutes), and had a fun time cruising with Dieter and Roxanne on Friday and then Decker on Saturday.
I picked up Decker after a visit to the local AS Adventure store and we decided to cruise down the E19 highway to Wallonia, with its swiveling roads, nice countryside and, most importantly, absence of flitspalen.
The rest of my weekend highlights in bullet points:
- Beers at De Vissers with Kris, Yvekes, Lana & Fien.
- Sleeping in.
- Photo shoot of Niko's really neatly designed locking cupboard.
- Nightcap drinks with Ellen & the Otten bros.
- Beating Sil 6 sets to 1 in our weekly game of squash.
- Free mojitos, yummy snacks and a movie at De Meent.
- LNP with Dieter.
So a good weekend, but ugh, I'm really starting to hate Sunday nights. Damn gloominess.
