hi,
my trip was good.
re: cambodia, opened up my eyes a little with how some people live. makes malaysia appear to be like the USA. maybe i've never realised what 3rd world country really meant until i went there. didn't take much pictures because you are constantly in fear that someone from the gazillion motorbikes on the road with no law will grab your camera from your hands. took about 200 odd pictures for a 3D2N trip, that's sad.
at the shooting range. bullets are nothing to them. (my short bad haircut tucked nicely behind my ears!)
one of the better pictures i took - building for whatever skulls they've manage to dig up after the 1979 genocidal pol.pot regime. hundreds and hundreds of them or maybe even more and all the way to the top! didn't take pictures of the skull as i had an eerie weird brush of feel when i was in the building looking at the skulls.
re: kl, went a little crazy after being shopping-deprived for 3 months. but my best purchase would be below. went to the new LV at KLCC, hated the stuck up bitchy ppl there, especially mr ALIAS (like i give a shit for giving out his name here) who thinks just because i went in with shorts and flip flops i can't afford to get anything there. knowing me, i hate to buy from these type of ppl no matter how much i want a certain item. so it was this then. lovely lady by the name of ms. puteri endured my indecisiveness over caviar or lambskin for more than an hour. in the end, decided to go for the more "friendly user" one. they ran out of the gold clutch i was eyeing on as it's limited (ie i was a few months too late = bad thing about living so far away from kl). and after this purchase, i definitely know what my next bag is gonna be :) i'm going through the brand switching phase now i think.
have yet to unpack!
i'm tres happy with ALL my purchase - the bag, the clothes, and especially the heels from 9 west. they came out with a design so similar to my 2 fave worn out to death vincci heels so i bought 2 of the 3 colors they have (which is so similar in color to the 2 vincci heels too!) - dark brown and gold. black was blah.
didn't have time for SKII counter, been wanting to try their foundation, the incredibly expensive one. still think its too good to be true for all the positive reviews i've read online. better to see with my own eyes, so maybe my next trip there.
the damage was definitely done but i'm happy to be shop-deprived again for the new few months after this recent purchase. hehehe
ps: he wants to see me so bad again, so maybe i'll go to kl again next weekend! mmm.. champagne brunches :)
